About Crags Community School

Crags Community School is a large primary school in Maltby, a town on the outskirts of Rotherham and is part of Nexus Multi Academy Trust. We are a very happy, safe and friendly school with a real ‘family’ feel.

"A Good School with Some Areas for Improvement"

We moved our child to a different school, but our experience at Crags Community School was generally positive. The staff were friendly and supportive, and the school's commitment to music and arts was a highlight. However, we felt that the school could have done better in terms of communication with parents.

"Wonderful School with a 'Family' Feel"

My child has had a fantastic time at Crags Community School. The staff are so supportive and understanding, and the ethos of the school really does feel like a big happy family. The facilities are also fantastic and the choir is a particular highlight for my child.

"Great School with a Strong Focus on Music"

We chose Crags Community School for its excellent music program and we have not been disappointed. The staff are friendly and approachable, and the school's commitment to British values is really impressive.
