About Wath Central Primary School

We have won a Silver Pearson National Teaching Award in the 'School or College Partnership of the Year Category'. This is in recognition of our collaboration with local and national partners; our families, colleagues, JMAT (specifically Mrs C Gaughan), and a wider multi Disciplinary Team to ensure that all our children experience success and their needs are met.

"Good and bad"

We've had a mixed experience at Wath Central Primary. On the one hand, the teachers are often very enthusiastic and engaging, and the school's facilities are excellent. However, we've occasionally struggled with communication and felt that some of our concerns weren't taken seriously. We're still deciding whether to stay or explore other options.

"A wonderful school community!"

I've been impressed with the way the teachers at Wath Central Primary support each child's individual needs. The school's values of kindness and respect really shine through in the way the children interact with each other. We've been very happy with the education our daughter has received so far.

Our children thrived at Wath Central Primary, and we were grateful for the hard work and dedication of the teachers and staff. The school's commitment to safeguarding and well-being is outstanding, and we feel confident that our children were well-prepared for the next stage of their education.
