About Springwood Primary School

Springwood Primary School serves the whole of the City of Salford for pupils aged 4 to 11 years all of whom have an Education Health Care Plan. We have around 380 pupils based over four sites across the city.

"Fantastic Experience for Our Child"

We've been blown away by the care and attention our child has received at Springwood Primary. The Emotionally Friendly Schools approach has helped them feel confident and happy. The staff are always available to answer questions and provide support.

"Mixed Experience"

We've had a mixed experience with Springwood Primary. The school's curriculum is well-structured, but we've had some issues with communication and follow-up from staff. Our child has thrived in some areas, but struggled in others.

"Great Facilities and Staff"

The school's facilities are excellent, with a great playground and community space. The staff are always approachable and willing to help. Our child has really benefited from the SEN Information Report & Local Offer program.

"Excellent Education and Support"

We were so grateful for the education and support our child received at Springwood Primary. The school's values of Believe, Enjoy, Succeed, and Together really resonated with us. Our child made great progress and is now thriving in high school.
