About Scarborough, Northstead Community Primary School

Northstead has been the school of choice for generations of families in our local community. We are a fully inclusive; three form entry primary school for children from 4 to 11 years of age.

"Good school, some areas for improvement"

We've been at Northstead for a year now and overall, we're happy with the school. The staff are friendly and the facilities are good. However, I feel that the school could do more to engage parents in decision-making processes and provide more regular updates on classroom activities.

"An amazing school community!"

We've been part of the Northstead community for 5 years now and it's been an incredible journey. The school's emphasis on inclusivity and kindness has had a huge impact on my child's confidence and self-esteem. The staff are always available to support and the facilities are fantastic.

"Excellent education and extracurriculars"

As a former parent, I can confidently say that Northstead provided my child with an excellent education and a wide range of extracurricular activities to choose from. The school's commitment to providing a 'seek to learn' environment has helped develop my child into a curious and independent learner.
