Westcliffe Primary School

We moved to Scunthorpe in Year 3 and Westcliffe Primary School was recommended by friends. The welcome from the staff was warm and our child settled in quickly. The school's values of respect, empathy and responsibility are wonderful to see in action every day. Highly recommend the school!

Our child has been at Westcliffe Primary for 2 years and we've been impressed with the facilities and activities on offer. The school's curriculum is well-rounded and our child is thriving. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that we've had to wait a bit for some of the extracurricular activities to start.

We moved to a new area and our child was at Westcliffe Primary for 2 years before we moved on. While the school has some great strengths, we felt that the communication with parents could be better. Also, the school's approach to behaviour management didn't always align with our own values. However, our child had some great teachers and made friends, so it wasn't all bad!
