About St Lawrence Church of England Primary School

St Lawrence CEP School is a small school where we love learning and enjoy living. We believe that every child is a ‘Child of God’ and as such is entitled to be loved and nurtured to achieve excellence. Our school building is set in a beautiful area of natural woodland which the children use daily for both recreation and learning.

"Wonderful Forest School and dedicated staff"

My child has been attending St Lawrence for two years now, and I have to say that the Forest School program is truly exceptional. The staff are dedicated, caring and provide a safe environment for the children to learn and grow. The school's values of creativity, teamwork and independence are evident in everything they do.

"Some wonderful aspects, but areas for improvement"

We've been pleased with the school so far, particularly the Forest School program and the staff's commitment to the children's well-being. However, we've noticed that the school could improve in terms of communication with parents and the quality of the facilities. Overall, it's a good school, but it could be even better with some tweaks.

"Excellent in every way"

We moved out of the area so our child is no longer attending St Lawrence, but we still speak highly of the school. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the school's British Values are deeply ingrained. The Forest School program is also a highlight, providing children with the opportunity to learn and grow in a natural environment.
