About Dore Primary School

We are a two form entry school, with a pre-school, serving almost 500 children on the south west of Sheffield. Our children are well rounded individuals who love taking part in outdoor learning and take advantage of the many opportunities that are on offer.

"Excellent school with wonderful staff"

We have been so impressed with Dore Primary School. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are amazing. Our child's love of learning has really grown since joining this school and we love seeing them engage with the outdoor learning and woodland area.

"A great school for our little one"

We chose Dore Primary School for its strong values and commitment to outdoor learning. Our child is thriving and loves taking part in the woodland activities. We're also impressed with the staff's approach to teaching and the school's strong community feel.

"Good but room for improvement"

We've had a good experience at Dore Primary School, but there are a few areas where we feel the school could improve. The staff are friendly and the facilities are okay, but we've noticed that some of the resources could be updated. Our child is happy, but we've had to fight a bit to get them the support they need.
