A happy and friendly rural primary school situated in Hanwood, on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Shrewsbury. We have a strong Christian ethos, high adult-to-child ratios, and outstanding outdoor play opportunities.

"Fantastic School!"

We are so grateful to be a part of the St Thomas and St Anne's community. The staff are caring and dedicated, and the school's Christian values are evident in everything they do. We especially love the OPAL playtimes and the sense of belonging that comes with being part of a small, rural school.

"Room for Improvement"

We've been generally happy with St Thomas and St Anne's, but there are a few areas where we feel the school could improve. For example, the school meals could be more varied and nutritious, and the after-school clubs could be more comprehensive. However, the staff are friendly and supportive, and the school's Christian values are a big plus.

"Excellent Education"

As a former parent, I can confidently say that St Thomas and St Anne's provided an excellent education for my child. The school's curriculum is engaging and challenging, and the teachers are passionate about helping every child reach their full potential. We were particularly impressed by the school's commitment to British Values and its strong sense of community.
