We are a busy but friendly, village school and preschool, with lots going on. We aim to create a happy, working atmosphere where every child has the opportunity to reach his or her full potential through a broad and balanced curriculum.

"KLT: A Happy and Supportive Community"

I'm so grateful to have my child at Kirkby la Thorpe Church of England Primary Academy. The school's emphasis on kindness and respect has really made a difference in our family's life. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and part of the community. The staff are truly dedicated and passionate about helping each child reach their full potential.

"A Great School with Wonderful Facilities"

We've been really impressed with Kirkby la Thorpe Church of England Primary Academy. The school's facilities are excellent, and the teachers are always willing to help. My child loves the sports program, and the Bake Off event was a highlight of the year! The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is that I wish they had more opportunities for extracurricular activities.

"A Decent School, but Room for Improvement"

I have mixed feelings about Kirkby la Thorpe Church of England Primary Academy. On the positive side, the staff are generally friendly, and the school's focus on kindness is to be commended. However, I feel that the school could do a better job of communicating with parents, and I was disappointed with the lack of opportunities for parent-teacher meetings. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't recommend it without reservation.
