About Fairlands Primary School

Fairlands Primary School is a large, three-form entry primary school, with the capacity for up to 720 children aged 3 - 11 years old. We believe great learning should be a rewarding and enjoyable experience for everyone. Our motto is 'At Fairlands, we are FAIR: FAIRLANDS ACHIEVES, INCLUDES, RESPECTS and this touches everything we do as a school.

"Some Positives and Negatives"

My twins started at Fairlands in September and while there have been some ups and downs, I think the school is moving in the right direction. I love the community feel and the staff are always happy to help. However, I do think the school could benefit from more facilities and resources for children with special needs.

"Excellent School with a Caring Community"

We've been at Fairlands for 3 years and I can honestly say it's the best school my child has ever attended. The staff are dedicated, approachable and go above and beyond to support the children's individual needs. The 'No Outsiders' programme is amazing and it's lovely to see the children embracing diversity and inclusion.

"Fairlands Taught Me to be Myself"

I was a pupil at Fairlands many years ago and I have to say it was a truly transformative experience. The school's motto, 'At Fairlands, we are FAIR', really resonated with me and I think it's brilliant that they still live by those values today. My daughter also attended the school and she loved it, especially the nursery team.
