About Pix Brook Academy

Pix Brook Academy is a new 9-16 extended secondary school that was opened in Stotfold by the Bedfordshire Schools Trust (BEST), during September 2019. We focus on ensuring all stakeholders are unapologetically ambitious, relentlessly aspirational and socially responsible in all they do and this helps us to ensure that every pupil excels in life.

"A school that truly cares about its students"

I've been blown away by the dedication and enthusiasm of the staff at Pix Brook Academy. The school's commitment to social responsibility and aspiration is evident in every aspect of its curriculum and extracurricular activities. My child feels valued and supported, and I'm grateful for the opportunities they're receiving.

"Excellent School Experience so far!"

I'm so impressed with the facilities at Pix Brook Academy and the values that the school instills in its students. My child has settled in well and loves the after-school programs, especially the music classes. The teachers are also very supportive and keep us informed about our child's progress.

"Some ups and downs, but overall a good experience"

We moved to the area about 2 years ago, and my child started at Pix Brook Academy. While the school has some excellent programs and facilities, I felt that the communication with parents could improve. Additionally, I found the transition from primary to secondary to be a bit rocky for my child. However, the teachers seemed to care, and my child did well in the end.
