Swanage Primary School

We're really happy with Swanage Primary School. The school's values of being enquiring, responsible and respectful really resonate with us, and we feel our child is being taught important life skills. The headteacher, Mr. Burt, is always available to chat and the teachers are all very supportive.

Swanage Primary has a really friendly and inclusive atmosphere, which has made it easy for our child to settle in. The curriculum is engaging and challenging, and the teachers are always looking for ways to make learning fun. The only thing that's stopping me from giving 5 stars is that they could do with some more extracurricular activities.

My daughter has been at Swanage Primary for a year now and we've had a fantastic experience. The staff are friendly, approachable and really care about the children. They're always willing to help with any questions or concerns I may have. The facilities are excellent too, with a lovely playground and a great library.

We were initially really happy with Swanage Primary, but towards the end of our time there, we felt that the school was becoming a bit too focused on academic achievement and not enough on other areas of a child's development. That being said, the teachers are all very nice and the facilities are great, so it's definitely not all bad.
