Picknalls First School

My son has been at Picknalls for a year now and we couldn't be happier with the school. The staff are friendly and caring, and the facilities are excellent. We love the 'achieve believe care' motto and how it's instilled in the children. His reading and writing skills have improved dramatically since starting here.

We've been at Picknalls for two years now, and I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions we've ever made. The school's commitment to providing a safe, happy and stimulating environment for the children is truly impressive. The staff are always approachable and willing to listen. We love the before and after school care too - Happy Hours has been a lifesaver!

We were at Picknalls for three years, and while it's a lovely school with a great ethos, I feel that there's room for improvement in some areas. The facilities are good, but the playground could do with some more equipment. The teachers are mostly excellent, but I did feel that my child's class had a bit of a chaotic atmosphere at times. That being said, I think Picknalls is a good choice for many families, and I wish the school continued success.
