Leigh Academy Wilmington

My daughter has been at Leigh Academy Wilmington for 3 years now and I have been consistently impressed with the school's facilities, including the state-of-the-art science labs and sports facilities. The values of the school, such as believing in yourself and respecting others, are instilled in the students and are evident in the positive and supportive culture of the school. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.

My son has been at Leigh Academy Wilmington for 2 years now and I have been pleased with the quality of teaching and the opportunities he has had to participate in extracurricular activities. However, I have had some concerns about the pastoral support provided to him, particularly when he was transitioning to secondary school. While the school has a strong focus on community and relationships, I feel that the pastoral team could be more proactive in supporting students who need it.

Both of my children attended Leigh Academy Wilmington and I couldn't be happier with the education and experiences they had. The school has a fantastic community spirit and the staff are all very supportive and dedicated. My children have gone on to achieve great things and I credit the school for helping them develop into confident and capable individuals.
