Heene CofE Primary School

Heene Church of England (Aided) Primary School is a vibrant community primary school located in central Worthing, West Sussex, serving students from Reception through Year 6. The school is part of the Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust and works closely with two local churches, St Botolph's and St Matthew's. The school's vision is 'Together we Love, Grow and Learn,' with core values of Kindness, Confidence, Resilience, Ambition, Curiosity, and Respect that are integrated throughout the curriculum. Under the leadership of Headteacher Phil Matthews, who joined in February 2024, the school has been undergoing rapid improvements and is described as a happy, harmonious community where every pupil is valued and all talents are celebrated.
