Y Daith

Y Daith was a pupil referral unit (PRU) located at The Amelia Trust Farm, Whitton Rosser, Five Mile Lane, Barry, CF62 3AS, serving students in the Vale of Glamorgan area. The school provided education for up to 56 pupils who required alternative provision due to various challenges, often related to emotional, behavioral, or social needs. Y Daith was maintained by the Vale of Glamorgan local authority and operated as a Welsh establishment. The school officially closed in September 2021, with its site rebranded as the Centre for Learning and Wellbeing, which now offers specialist support and education for students with additional learning needs. Y Daith was known for its tailored approach to education and its focus on supporting vulnerable learners.
