A very warm welcome to the Mereside Primary Academy Website. We pride ourselves in knowing our children incredibly well and use this knowledge to motivate, encourage and care for them throughout their time at our school.

"Amazing Teachers and Forest School"

We're so happy with the teachers at Mereside Primary Academy. They're always supportive and make learning fun for my child. The Forest School program is also a great addition - it's wonderful to see the kids learning outdoors.

"Mixed feelings about the curriculum"

My child has settled in well at Mereside Primary Academy, but I'm still unsure about the new curriculum. While the teachers seem enthusiastic, I worry that it's too focused on exams. The Forest School program is great, though, and the pastoral care is excellent.

"Great values and community"

We had a great experience at Mereside Primary Academy, particularly with the values they instill in the children (Pride, Ambition, etc.). The community is also very welcoming. My child loved the after-school club and the regular newsletters kept us informed.
