About North Newton Community Primary School

North Newton Community Primary School admits pupils aged between 4-11 years of age from a wide geographical area. It is situated centrally in the picturesque village of North Newton, close to the beautiful Bridgwater and Taunton Canal. Our after-school club runs from Monday to Friday.

"A wonderful school!"

North Newton Community Primary School has been a fantastic choice for my child. The teachers are caring and knowledgeable, and the after-school club is a great way to keep them active and engaged. The school's values of 'Together We are Safe', 'We are Prepared', 'We Believe', 'We Aspire' and 'We Achieve' really shine through in everything they do.

"Some inconsistencies"

North Newton Community Primary School has been okay for my child. Some of the teachers are excellent, but others could be more engaging. The curriculum provision is good, but there have been some inconsistencies with homework and expectations. Overall, it's an average school.

"Friendly and welcoming!"

North Newton Community Primary School has been a fantastic choice for my child. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the school's focus on caring for each other is really evident. The after-school club has been a great way to introduce them to new activities and make new friends.

"Great experience!"

My children both attended North Newton Community Primary School and had a great experience. The school's curriculum provision was excellent, and the teachers were always available to support them. The 'Whole School Song' was a lovely touch, and my kids still remember singing it!
