The Bayleaf Hub

The Bayleaf Hub is a DfE registered special school located at Doveside, Burton Road, Egginton, Derby. It provides trauma-informed education specifically designed for young people with complex needs, supporting up to six students on-site. The school is part of Bayleaf Care, which offers therapeutic care and education for children and young people aged 5 to 17 with learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and other special educational needs. The school features three classrooms and a library, staffed by dedicated education professionals who focus on personalised learning to help students thrive both academically and emotionally. The curriculum is trauma-informed and aims to empower students to become confident, lifelong learners and valued community members. Bayleaf Hub also offers B@SE, a 1:1 home-based tutoring service for children with complex needs, delivering the Equals curriculum tailored to individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
