Ellesmere Port Catholic High School, a Voluntary Academy

Ellesmere Port Catholic High School is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form located in the Whitby area of Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. The school provides a Roman Catholic education based on the teachings of Jesus, with a mission statement drawn from St. John's Gospel (John 10:10): 'I have come so that they may have life and have it to the full.' Previously a voluntary aided school administered by Cheshire West and Chester Council, the school converted to academy status in April 2023 under The Holy Family of Nazareth Catholic Academy Trust, while remaining under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Shrewsbury. The school offers GCSEs and BTECs for younger students, with A-levels available in the sixth form.
