Deanwood Primary School

I'm so grateful to have my child at Deanwood Primary School. The teachers are kind, supportive and really care about each child's learning. My child has thrived in the nursery and now in Year 5, they're doing fantastic things with the Mini Cadets programme.

Our family loves Deanwood Primary School. The playgrounds are amazing and my child loves playing with the natural resources. The staff are so enthusiastic and go above and beyond to make sure each child is happy and learning. We feel really lucky to be part of this community.

I have mixed feelings about Deanwood Primary School. My child had a great time in nursery but when they moved to Year 1, we struggled with the phonics screening results. However, the staff were helpful and supportive. I think the school could do more to communicate with parents about the curriculum and how their child is progressing.
