"Mixed feelings about Hexham First"
While our son has settled well at Hexham First School, we have some reservations about the school's approach to homework and assessment. The staff are generally friendly, but we feel that the school could do more to engage with parents and provide feedback on our child's progress. That being said, the school's forest school program is a highlight, and our son loves learning outdoors
