About Wheeler Primary School

Wheeler Primary School is a large, diverse and inclusive school located in the West of the city. We are a warm and welcoming community who value every child's unique journey and work in partnership with parents, staff and children to ensure children are happy, healthy and enjoy learning. We believe our children are BRILL and work restoratively by explicitly teaching children to understand, live and learn in a RESPECTFUL, RESILIENT and RESPONSIBLE way.

"Great school, some room for improvement"

Overall, we've been really happy with Wheeler Primary. The teachers are great, and the school's focus on community and teamwork is lovely to see. However, I do feel that the communication with parents could be better - it would be great to get more regular updates about our child's progress.

"Brilliant Wheeler Primary!"

I've been so impressed with Wheeler Primary School. The facilities are fantastic, and my children absolutely love coming to school. The values of respect, resilience, and responsibility are really evident, and I appreciate how the teachers work with us to support our child's unique journey.

"Excellent all round"

We moved out of the area, but I'm so glad our children got to attend Wheeler Primary. The staff were always friendly and approachable, and the school's commitment to diversity and inclusion really resonated with us. I couldn't fault the school in any way.

We've been so impressed with Wheeler Primary. The school's commitment to every child's unique journey really shines through, and my child loves coming to school. The teachers are all so passionate and dedicated - it's clear they truly care about each and every child.
