About Morpeth First School

Morpeth First School is a two form entry, mainstream first school for children aged from 3 to 9. Our aim for every child is that they feel treasured, courageous and empowered every day. We are incredibly proud of our new school building, which offers our children a breadth of exciting and motivating opportunities for learning.

"A Great Start to Schooling"

My child has thrived at Morpeth First School. We love the new facilities and the way the teachers encourage kindness and empathy. The school council is a great way to get the children involved in decision-making. Highly recommended!

"Mixed Feelings"

We've been at Morpeth First School for a year now, and it's been a bit of a mixed bag. Some of the teachers are great, but others seem a bit disorganized. The facilities are lovely, though, and the school council is a nice idea. Maybe it'll improve over time?

"A Lovely School Experience"

My child had a wonderful time at Morpeth First School. The staff were always supportive and the curriculum was well-rounded. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on character education. We were sad to leave!
