About Oaklands Nursery School

Oaklands is an Ofsted Outstanding nursery school providing education and care for 2 to 4 year olds. Our purpose built nursery has a stimulating environment, innovative and exciting curriculum and large outdoor space with woodland, outdoor classroom, mud kitchen and sand pit.

"Outstanding Nursery School!"

I couldn't be happier with Oaklands Nursery School. My daughter is thriving in the 3-year-old room, and the staff are so caring and supportive. The facilities are amazing, from the Forest School to the outdoor classroom, and the values of play, learn, and achieve together really shine through.

"Some ups and downs"

We've had a mixed experience at Oaklands Nursery School. The staff are generally great, but sometimes the communication could be better. The facilities are excellent, and our child loves the outdoor classroom and Forest School. Would recommend with some caveats.

"A wonderful experience!"

We sent our children to Oaklands Nursery School for 2 years, and it was an absolute pleasure. The staff are fantastic, the facilities are top-notch, and the sense of community is wonderful. We couldn't be more grateful for the experience our children had.

"A nurturing environment"

My son is loving his time at Oaklands Nursery School, and I'm so impressed with the way the staff care for each child. The facilities are great, especially the mud kitchen and sand pit, and the Forest School program is a highlight for him each week.
