About Adderlane Academy

Adderlane Academy is a unique, friendly, hard working and family orientated school in the busy town of Prudhoe, Northumberland. We endeavour to look after the children and the staff within the setting to ensure that they have everything they need to succeed. Our partnership with our parents is a priority.

"Great School with a Focus on Community"

As a parent, it's wonderful to see the school's commitment to British Values and promoting positive behavior. My child loves the varied diet of experiences and the Read Write Inc program has really helped them catch up with their reading. One thing to improve would be more communication with parents about upcoming events.

"Amazing School with a Heart of Gold"

I've been blown away by the care and attention my child receives at Adderlane Academy. The teachers are passionate, the facilities are top-notch, and the oracy programs have really helped my child develop their confidence. I feel so lucky to have found this school!

"Mixed Feelings about Adderlane"

I have mixed feelings about Adderlane Academy. On the one hand, my child had a great time and made some wonderful friends. However, I felt that the communication with parents was sometimes lacking, and I had to chase up on a few issues. That being said, the school does have a lot to offer and I'm glad I gave it a try.
