About Sandwich Technology School

STS is a mixed, 11 to 18, secondary school that has an excellent reputation across Kent. The success of our students from Year 7 through to the Sixth Form is due to the ‘can do, will do’ attitude that is the hallmark of staff and students alike.

"Great school with a strong sense of community"

My child loves going to Sandwich Technology School and I've been pleased with the progress they've made. The school's 'can do, will do' attitude is really inspiring and the extracurricular activities on offer are fantastic. The teachers are approachable and responsive to parent concerns.

"Fantastic start to secondary school"

My child has only just started at Sandwich Technology School, but I'm already impressed with the welcome they've received. The school's values of respect, responsibility, and resilience are great and I feel confident that my child is in good hands. The facilities are also impressive and I've been pleased with the communication from the teachers.

"Excellent all-round school"

I've been impressed with Sandwich Technology School from the moment my child started here. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, the teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, and the emphasis on STEM subjects is great. My child has thrived in this environment and I'm confident they'll do well in their exams.

"A good school that could improve"

I have mixed feelings about Sandwich Technology School. My child had a good experience here, but I felt that the school could do more to support students with special educational needs. The facilities are modern and the teachers are generally good, but I've been disappointed with the communication from the school at times.
