About Holy Family Catholic Primary School

Holy Family Catholic Primary School is a voluntary aided Roman Catholic School, opened by the Sisters of Mercy in 1965. It is situated in Kents Hill Road, South Benfleet, a suburban area of S.E. Essex and backs onto an area of extensive countryside. United in God's love, through learning and play, we nurture hearts and minds as we welcome all into our family.

"A great community"

Our family has been part of the Holy Family community for a few years now and we feel very lucky to be a part of it. The school's values of compassion and kindness are reflected in the way the staff and children interact with each other. My child loves attending school and we are grateful for the support and guidance they have received.

"Some improvements needed"

While we have been generally happy with Holy Family Catholic Primary School, we have noticed some inconsistencies in the teaching and have experienced some communication issues with the staff. However, the school's values and community are strengths and we believe that our child will thrive here. We hope to see some improvements in the coming years.

"Excellent facilities and staff"

We have been impressed with the facilities at Holy Family Catholic Primary School, particularly the PE hall and outdoor swimming pool. The staff are also very dedicated and have helped our child to achieve their goals. We feel that the school provides a great balance between academic and extracurricular activities.

"A truly wonderful school"

I have nothing but praise for Holy Family Catholic Primary School. My child attended from Reception to Year 6 and thrived in the caring and compassionate environment. The facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool, are excellent and the staff are dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential. I would highly recommend this school to any parent.
