Holderness Academy

As a parent of a year 9 child, I've been incredibly impressed with Holderness Academy. The facilities are excellent, and my child loves the extra-curricular activities they've been involved in. The values of Aspirational, Resilient, Respectful, and Kind are really being embedded in the kids, and I love seeing them grow into confident young people. Highly recommend!

My child is in year 7 at Holderness Academy, and I've had mixed feelings about their experience so far. The teachers seem lovely, and my child loves their subject choices. However, I've found the communication between the school and parents to be a bit lacking at times. I also wish they had more clubs available for kids with specific interests. Overall, it's been a bit of a learning curve, but I'm hoping it'll settle into a better rhythm soon.

I have two children who attended Holderness Academy, and I was really pleased with the education and support they received. The pastoral care was excellent, and my kids loved the green spaces for breaks. My younger child is now thriving in their new school, and I put that down to the solid foundation they built at Holderness. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the parking can be a nightmare!
