About Sirius Academy North

Our goal at Sirius Academy North is to focus on utilising the now, open doors to the next and lay the strong foundations for the later. Our Academy is a striking, unique building which stands out across North Hull. 1300 students arrive each day from all over Hull to achieve our Curriculum Principles.

"Excellent Facilities and Support"

I've been amazed by the facilities at Sirius Academy North - the sports hall, drama studio and combined cadet force are all fantastic! But it's not just about the buildings - the support from teachers and staff has been invaluable for my child. They genuinely care about each student's well-being and success.

"Outstanding Community Focus"

As a parent of a Year 7 child, I've been thoroughly impressed with the community focus at Sirius Academy North. The recent Christmas Community Quiz was a fantastic example of this, and I was delighted to see my child participating. The school's values of No Limits, Respect, Support, Broadening Horizons and Community are genuinely lived out on a daily basis.

"Some great aspects, but room for improvement"

While I was initially disappointed with the transition process for my child, I was pleased to see the school's focus on Character Education and Attitude to Learning. The staff were always friendly and approachable, even if the facilities could be better maintained. Overall, I think Sirius Academy North has the potential to be a great school, but needs to work on some areas.
